Various rotary cylinder devices are widely used in various sectors of the national economy, for mechanical, physical or chemical processing of solid material. In the building materials industry, the rotary kiln is used to calcine cement clinker; while monocular cooling machine to cool the clinker; rotary dryer for drying clay, coal, limestone and slag. In the chemical industry, the mineral rotary kiln is used for producing soda, calcined phosphate, barium sulfide and so on. In the non-ferrous metallurgical industry, the rotary kiln is used to dry aluminum hydroxide. The horizontal kiln also has wide application range in ferrous metallurgy, refractory and other industrial sectors. In the cement industry, the rotating drying kiln is one of the important equipment for cement clinker calcining. The whole cement production line can be summarized into two grinding stages and one burning. The rotating kiln is the host of dryer cement production process, whose cost accounts for 10-15% of the total plant investment, and the metal consumption of the entire plant machinery has a total weight of 30 to 40% of the weight of total equipment.
