To the phenomena of vibration, we can remove the body, re-level the crusher foundation, correct the base level of degree, and then replace the old damping pad. After that, the phenomena will disappear.

When you use the common HP500, do you have the problem that it is difficult to grasp the materal dropping position? That is because it is difficult to adjust the longitudinal position according to the feed speed. To solve this problem, we must improve the feeding method and let the materals fall on the disc vertically. The specific method is that installing a cylidrical silo at the top of the crusher feeding plate. After such improvement, the materals on the moving belt conveyor can fall on the sub- feed pan after passing the cylidrical silo. And the materals can evently been distributed to the crushing cavity at rhe force of moving cone. The cylidrical silo plays the role of letting the materals concentrate on the feeding plate in the whole process.

HP500 crusher is more efficient, and can crush coarser materials after these improvement. Besides, our improvement also solve the problem of unevenly feeding segregation, aliminate the phenomena of crusher vibration, and extend the service life of spare parts.
