Agitation Tank

Agitation tank is suitable for mixing before flotation, for various metal and ores to adequately mix pharmaceutical and pulp, and it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. Features of mineral stirring tank is adding a certain amount of flocculant in concentrated pulp, so that speed up the pace of settlement, thus improving the efficiency of enrichment purposes.

Application Range of Agitation Tank

Stirring tank is applied to select mining and metal ores. Moreover, stirring tank can also be used as a variety of chemical material mixer. Especially used for the materials with concentrations not more than 30% (by weight) and particle less than 1mm.

Instructions of Agitation Tank

1. Fasten the pump bolts before using it, rotate the pump shaft wheel to check if it is flexible, run and turn on the stirring tank;

2. Wearing parts: impeller and stator;

3. Clear the inside of the mixer or stirring tank, especially in winter, to prolong its service life.
